There are many housing estates in the Shunyi area near school that many DCB students live in. Some live in town but it is more convenient to live near to school. Located directly opposite ISB, Yosemite is not the nearest compound to DCB. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes (depending on traffic to get to school).

Legend Garden shares its facilities with Dulwich. In fact, Dulwich College is on Legend Garden grounds.

Rits Garden:
Rits garden is one of the other compounds which is very near to Dulwich. It is about a 5 minute bike ride away.

Riviera is located right next to the Dulwich Riviera campus for kindergarten to year 2.

River garden is located near Yosemite Villas. It has many facilities just outside including an ice skating rink.
